Therefore, Bancomer may request information from you and the people related with your company so they help verify your identity, in order to prevent money laundry and terrorism financing; likewise, we have the right to keep the said information during the term established in the applicable law.
What we need to know includes basic information. Nevertheless, we may request financial information or information concerning businesses you have with us, our affiliate companies or other companies, depending on the service or services required.
The information we require will mostly come from you, but Bancomer may obtain more information through other sources, in order to make sure that the data compiled was accurately and completely obtained. These sources of information may come, with your previous authorization, from Credit Information Societies, among others.
Bancomer shall treat all information with full confidentiality. All of Bancomer employees are trained and committed to carefully manage your data. BBVA Bancomer will take all reasonable measures to make its computer databases safe and safe-keep all information obtained.

BBVA Bancomer, S.A., which address is Av. Paseo de la Reforma #510, Colonia Juárez, Delegación Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City, Z.C. 06600, informs you that all your personal data, even the sensitive one, referred in the documents filled out by yourself in view of the financial services provided by this Institution will be treated for identification, operation, administration, commercialization and other similar purposes, and that it may be transferred to BBVA entities, members of Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer S.A. de C.V., subsidiaries of this Institution and national or international third parties.
The exercise of access, correction, cancellation, opposition, disclosure and limitation of use rights, or the revocation of the consent may be done in writing in any branch of this entity and through www.bancomer.com.mx, as of January 6th, 2012.
This notice may be changed by this Institution at any time and shall be made known to you through any of the means referred to previously. |
